- Only the Wallons will be able to see this, and only those that have BE TV account. It sounds like it's a closed off channel (we have a few of those too that you can only see when you have a digibox and only in Flanders. ). A shame. I would have loved to see the second season, even dubbed. But, I am afraid, just like you Laurence, that the airing of the first season won't happen until October, the earliest. Strange, isn't it. I haven't been watching Army Wives this season because from the get go it seemed like it was going to be an unholy mess, but per some sides I'm guessing Denise got a little bit busy with the new doctor, Chris?
Apparently, he dies and Denise goes to see his father, Alfred. They talk about Chris, and also discuss the the kiss they (Chris and Denise) shared. Yikes! Alfred tells Denise Chris was in love with her, and Denise protests a bit too much. Alfred convinces her that Chris did indeed love her, and Denise says she "loved him, too." Alfred says that if Chris had to die, at least he died in love.
I alternately wanted to laugh hysterically and blow chunks at reading this. Despite it being a rather unpopular opinion, I rather love Frank (although the writing for him is all over the map). There is some small victory in knowing he was right to be concerned about Denise's actions, although no doubt all of this will somehow be his fault.

- It would be interesting to note the circumstances of that kiss, who initiated it and Denise's response. She might state that she loved him too but love takes many forms. As a good friend, as someone she wish she had met instead of Frank or as someone she would have left Frank for? Does she feel guilty about the kiss and then decide to work on her marriage or does it open the door on her repeating this behaviour with others further down the road? - What I read pn another forum was this......"Chris dies, I know not how or when, although these spoilers are for the 11th episode. Denise goes to see Chris's father, Alfred. They discuss the wonderboy that was Chris, and his love of books, whatever. He quoted poetry to Denise, a lot, apparently. Alfred says he knows about The Kiss. Denise is all, Yikes! Alfred tells Denise that Chris was in love with her. Denise hems and haws about it, but finally admits that she loved Chris, too. Alfred is glad that Denise came into Chris's life, and tells her that if he had to die, at least he died in love". I don't class a kiss as an affair, but will she confess it to Frank? - Again, there are different types of love. Just because you love someone doesn't mean you are in love with them...I can see Denise loving her friend, but that doesn't mean she's in love with him even though he might be with her. It doesn't mean Denise will love caveman Frank any less, but like Denise says to Roland in the previews, she lost herself along the way, & she's finding herself again. She allowed herself to put on the backburner, she allowed herself to be bullied, manipulated & controlled by a domineering neanderthal husband, & its about time Denise makes others (including caveman Frank) aware that she has needs, interests & opinions as well. Every show has its mistakes.
I would love to start a post about that.
Can you see mistakes in setting, decor, said things, etc. Please, share them here.
I'll start.
#1 First off, I do believe they made a booboo about Roxy's car that is impounded. I wouldn't know why Roxy;s car was up for investigation in the first place. Why was it under investigation? Marilyn used Pamela's car and we didn't hear anyone else's car being impounded for the investigation. Why Roxy's? I think it was a mistake and should have been Pamela's but the scene was written and somehow Roxy's car got involved in there.
#2 they mirrored Pamela's appartment! The front door is now on the far right and the window on the left.
In season 1, her TV (that big screen Chase bought), was right against the wall on the left side. The entrance was to it's right with the door straight against the wall, the window on the right.
This season, the door is on the other side, the room flipped and though the TV is still against the same wall, it now is like it's a mirror image of what it was in season 1.

Not sure I got why they impounded Roxie's car, was it involved in the investigation of the bombing? Did the Army take it away from her, or was it a car she was making payments on and she didn't pay the payments? I'm not sure I get it.

Go check out IMDB. And type in Army Wives, once there check out the videos. They are AMAZING!! And soooo funny! There are bloopers, a scene that was originally cut out, and a question and answer thing. Its all GREAT! And soooo funny!!! Go check it out, and then as soon as we get all this on a DVD I think we need to start thanking Lifetime, and hope that they do this for EVERY season of this great show!! :-)

Hi Everyone, I hope you are all doing well!! I was just thinking about the Army Wives DVD set and was wondering if anyone had heard anything about it lately... :-) I am assuming that the DVD release has been pushed back due to the strike. But I am still hoping that it will include extras, and the "tribe" singing to raise money for Betty. I went over to Katherine Fugate's site to see if it mentioned anything about a new date for the DVD, and the original post that talked about the tribe singing scene being included in the dvds was gone. :-( Hopefully the DVD will still include this "extra scene" that was cut from the show. And I have my fingers crossed that we will even see some bloopers. :-) Take care :-)

The Lifetime Network drama, "Army Wives," is looking for amateur actors to be extras for future episodes.
The program is holding an open casting call Saturday from Noon until 4:00pm at the Navy Base in North Charleston. Those interested in auditioning are asked to use the McMillan Avenue entrance.
Men, women and kids of all ages are welcome to try out. Filming starts on the base in late November and lasts seven months.

- It's 5:18 a.m for me ! You know it's crazy, I want to sleep, but , one time in my bed all the lights off, I can't find sleep, I just can't shutt off my mind. It had been like this all the weeek, I begin to feel, well I began to don't be well. I had medics before, but I hated it and still . I hate to be hooked to it.
