  - If you look at the tenitive schedule break down the times for each group. if there are 30 mins allowed for that group and interviews run 3mins long you should have around 10 girls in that group. (NT) -- Anonymous, 16:53:52 07/15/07 Sun

- Marlana Hawkins and Heather Finch are Miss newbie's that are coming to State hopefully. I saw that Blair Mozingo got another prelim title this year. She was 1st runner up in Teen Last year. Could be somebody to watch closely. Last years competition in the older girls were TOUGH as nails. So placing 1st r-up is great. Kelsey Cummings I believe was a Princess of Catwaba County Teen winner last year but didnt come to State... is that correct? Charli Rosenburg, Tara Parker, Madison Davenport, Kristianna Jones, Hunter Norris, Martina Marler, Kelsey Cummins. I'm not bashing PONC, but how can they be bigger this year than LMNC? They did not have but half the preliminaries that LMNC had. If they would have more prelim's I'm sure they could have more girls. They really need more prelims in the other areas of the state. We've heard only good things about their system

- Honest opinion -- I truly believe that LMNC has had a lot of bad publicity lately. I think that with the bonds and prizes being the exact same and something extra special this year with PONC, I think parents and girls are trying to go to another system that provides everything that LMNC states but with a smile and less backstabbing. They really are the PONC competition system. Both Systems have their plus's but I think that everyone is over the politics behind LMNC & they are searching for an alternative... who wouldn't want to do a system that gives the same stuff but without stacked winners? With several PONC State queens coming to compete @ LM I am wondering what will happen if one of them wins a title................PONC rules require them to return as reigning PONC State Queens to relinquish their titles and crown their successors! I seriously doubt that D.Good will allow a PONC state queen to capture a LMNC title... simply because PONC is the competition system. I hope that our PONC girls do well but im thinking that 1st rup is about as high as they will go just because they currently hold State titles.         Re: They (Cinderella) already have 2 strikes against them. 1. They are Cinderella and 2. They have held PONC titles. There's NO WAY they have a prayer of a chance!       - Re: PONC 2006 queens going to LMNC: Kaylee Sauls, Norma-Jean Miller, and their Royal Brandi Scott are the only ones going. Kaylee and Norma Jean are the 2 PONC queens that are not allowed to represent another title until they go back to PONC and crown their sucessors. They are allowed to compete for LMNC, they just can't represent it until they crown the new queens for 2007. They are very loyal to their PONC state directors. - I don't know about Tara, but Im pretty sure that PONC rules state that you can only hold one prelim title during a state year.
