Mine too! ("my shoes are getting tight!"), but DS (PC level) also has fear of breaking in new hard shoes, so he'll delay new shoes as long as possible. DS hasn't hit his "growth spurt" yet, but dd had hers about 1-1/2 yrs ago and we had new (bought used) shoes every 4 months for about a year. -- Real Men Irish Dance
