I got womens size 2 (needed petite but couldn't find them). Ds wears a 14/16 boys pants. Martin cut, city pants I believe is the name. I couldn't be happier with the look. No baggy crotch and a little spandex too for the high clicks. I live near an outlet. Cost: $4.
