Subject: Casey's got no beef with Love's enemies. That makes a big difference. In Ireland, Casey's fight was against a very clear-cut enemy that had been oppressing his people for centuries. It would be really hard to be a thug in someone else's war. I despise Love and his level of authority. Another one of your many intriguing characters, Cindy.

  • I get the feeling that Love doesn't like Casey because he's not digging for more. I think he expected Casey to be more involved, more "on board" and want to get more of the action. Sounds like Casey is quietly doing his job and not looking for a big job with Love. It also doesn't help that Casey has the love of the one possession he's looking for, Pamela.
