  • Yea I saw it the same. Plan A was definitely not working. Hagerty didn't have loose lips between the sheets, so she was trying to devise a Plan B. • "Looks like he'd be hell between the sheets, but the kind of hell a woman'd gladly burn in 'bout ten times a week" Well that says a lot, doesn't it? :) Yes, I agree that Pamela was desperate and needed to get some heavy info on Lovett and quickly because as Emma said "pray that he doesn't make a fist before you manage to get out of his palm." I know Lovett is bad but seen through Emma's eyes and experiences provided another layer to his cruelty toward people. It's also sad at the same time that he lived such a life because he didn't know what was real or what it meant to be contentedly happy. Maybe that wasn't important to him and the lure of money, power and control was greater, but when Pamela came along I got the feeling that maybe he could truly love someone but he was too far gone into evil to change and for it to really matter. • I'm re-reading this now, playing catch-up - but I remember thinking YES!!! Pamela is getting pro-active in taking the asshat down vs just continuing to sleep with him and hope for enough info that way. I know it put her in more danger but I felt it worth the risk.
