Subject: I think in many ways Pamela and Casey are cut from the same cloth, and just as he goes off and does dangerous things without telling Pamela about them because he knows she'd freak, she does the same thing. The difference in my mind being that Casey knows the lay of the land a little better -- both figuratively and literally -- and at over 6 feet, he's probably able to defend himself a little more effectively. As to whether or not it endangers their marriage, I think it depends on both of them learning to compromise, to trust each other a little more and to lose some of their fear for the other one. Not sure if all of those things are possible where they are living.

  • No matter how uniform the "other" side seems, there are always good (and bad) guys on both sides. I do think William Brightman fits in with this group in a more self-serving way. His version of an agreement would probably include exclusive control for himself of certain areas, just like different mob families have rights in certain cities or in certain areas of business. And you know what they say about politics, it makes for strange bedfellows. (NT) -- Carla, 17:36:24 10/15/07 Mon
