Just in case I have missed someone, the Harnett-Dunn and Her Majesty qualifiers for state are having a general information meeting about the state pageant,tomorrow, Sunday afternoon March 29, 4:00 PM at Mrs. Deborah's home. Unfortunatley, I will not be able to have the Little Miss Kerr Lake Pageant before the LMNC State Pageant in July. I am so sorry about this but I just can't get it worked out. I encourage everyone to participate in the LMNC Queens Fundraiser Pageant which is LITTLE MISS CAROLINA FOOTHILLS. It will be held May 16 in Hickory. Paperwork will be ready to go out next week. LMNC is sponsoring 2 FREE Sponsorships to the state pageant one for the Mini Majestic Winner and one for the Majestic Winner. Each are a $300 value!

Numbers are low, but we are having the pageant. Need contestants in 0-14 months and 16-18 years. Most age groups have one to two in group. Still taking contestants. Are giving away sponsorship fees to LMNC for one Majestic.

This pageant currently is the last pageant before state in July. The Sampson County pageant was cancelled due to no applicants received per the director. I am not sure if she will reschedule. We have resceduled Catawba County's Little Miss for April 4th in Hickory. It is open to all counties and we are giving two Majestics away. Taylor was selected yesterday as one of the top 15 finalist who will compete in the American Red Cross Starz Singing Competition on March 28th at Jay M Robinson High School. Auditions were held yesterday at Concord Mills from 9-2. Taylor was selected out of hundreds who auditioned. Way go to Taylor and we wish you all the best!!! We will be there to cheer you on!!!

Sorry guys, when I posted divisions for the pageant I incorrectly put 15 mos. -3 yrs. That of course was an error. The Baby Doll division is 15mos-30mos. and Miniature is 31 mos-3 yrs. Sorry. Come join us Saturday at the auditorium. On stage competition starts at 1:00 PM. Ages 5 and over $8.00 per person. Visiting queen with Mom get in free.
