Subject: Goodness, you must have someone in this pageant competeing - to worry so much about Shelby! You really have spent some time researching a 16yr old - how funny!!! Indeed Shelby was at IPA in Hawaii for a semester last year, then did her 2nd semester at home in Charlotte. Copies of her school transcripts and paperwork can be found at RPM Productions/ NC.
