Author: I mean, REALLY!!! A prize for being the best of the losers?? REALLY?? It makes me want to hit the drink, it really does. What happened to just winning I ask thee??
Subject: Sorry to hijack your post and no I do not have the answer. I think its time to do away with Prelims, all this rules farce, people entering 'illegally'.
In reply to: dm 's message, "Lindisfarne Rules state, To be eligible to dance in a Preliminary Championship (OPEN TO ALLREGIONS) a dancer must not have won an Open Championship or a Preliminary Championship in any age group. What does rule mean that dd cannot compete in this as she has won a prelim before and has to dance only in championship" on 09:50:18 03/27/14 Thu

  • God , there are some really horrible unkind mums out there, if a child is eligible to dance prelim let them and win or lose be happy for them. Some people are never happy, obviously your not if something like dancing wants you to hit the drink and to call kids LOSERS. So so sad for you. (NT) -- Mum, 13:30:43 03/27/14 Thu
  • Oh darling don't be sad, and don't try to patronise either, it really is not needed sweet pea. If however, you are happy to sit and read post after post about who is eligible for prelims and who shouldn't have won them, good for you!!!! (NT) -- I am not. Same as there shouldn't be 100% recall. Kids these days need to something to work towards. Now, I am off to find some happiness in a large brandy LOL. Some serious people out there!!! Smile a While darling, you never know, you might like it!!, 14:43:43 03/27/14 Thu
