Subject: Interparcel is who I have used and was very impressed. Unfortunatly there is always the risk of a customs charge no matter what you put on it. more inside

It's pot luck which box gets picked to be inspected. But if you put a low price on the customs form the person in the US pays less. Can play havoc with your insurance though! Put it low for a low customs charge and the dress goes missing, you only get the amount declared back! Hard one to balance. Hope this is a help.
