It's crazy now looking for a job I have over ten years of driving exp. But they want one year in the last three. I have not drove in four years.

Same here but some places will hire you because of not driving since all this CSA 2010 stuff is being implemented. They are going back 3 years on everybody and counting warning tickets. The good thing is that if you got any tickets in your personal car it don't count as CSA points.
