] Date Posted: 18:56:45 05/02/10 Sun Have you ever passed gas during your pageant while on stage. I just did a pageant and I did. It must have been my nerves. I usually don't have that kind of problem. It happen to me during the whole pageant all night long. I felt horrible. Ladies would be walking right up to me after I passed and the smell was bad at least to me. They did not say anything but I am sure they smelt what I dealt. I am doing another pageant in a few months. Any tips on how to let this not be a problem next time around? Let me know. Thank you for your help. I really need it. [> Subject: You poor thing!! It might be your competition diet. I am on a large amount of fiber and protein. That combination is deadly. I am going toe to toe with my husband in gas wars. Lol! I know it's gross...but I'm making up for all the years he blasted me. Anyway, If that is the case, I would definitely use an over the counter gas medication starting the day before your pageant. Or try smooth move tea morning and night for 3 days to get everything moving along. :) | |
