Subject: You poor thing!! It might be your competition diet. I am on a large amount of fiber and protein. That combination is deadly. I am going toe to toe with my husband in gas wars. Lol! I know it's gross...but I'm making up for all the years he blasted me. Anyway, If that is the case, I would definitely use an over the counter gas medication starting the day before your pageant. Or try smooth move tea morning and night for 3 days to get everything moving along. :) | |
