Subject: Yes, I know that you do. I said that everyone has their struggles and triumphs...but don't assume that just because we are moms and compete in pageants mean that we have a staff. After a host of health problems, I have concluded that everyone has their issues that they have to deal with. No one is immune. Women with children should not get bonus points, but they should not be chided either! If you haven't lived though a child with colic then you just cannote relate. I cannot help you there. I was blessed to have a perfect angel for the most part and it was hard. Harder than 1st year of an Ivy League Professional School. So I can understand where some women are coming from. But if you don't bring up children, then leave out all of the sob stories too. If Mrs. America is a "beauty" pageant like it claims to be then we should all be on an equal field. Wish I could be "naturally in shape", I have to work for it!

In reply to: Get real!! 's message, "And you believe that couples without children don't have these demanding schedules, sleepless nights, demands on their time? Do you truly believe that we don't have demanding careers plus care for our aging parents, assist with our nieces and nephews who's parents have been deployed, and are naturally in shape and have a good figure???? Like I said, DO NOT bring up the "Child Card!" It is so politically incorrect." on 19:18:22 08/08/10 Sun

Mom who has to work for it too!
