Yes. When 2/3rds of people wear white. statistically speaking, more white will win. Also, it seems that many ladies who are returners and experienced resort to white in the end. They try color a few times when they are less experienced and finally settle with white and because they are more experienced (and not because of the white gown) they win, but it looks like it was because they wore white.
