Subject: I agree. You can't go wrong with a good suit. A dress is hit or miss. Just make sure that the suit is a nice color, and shows your personality.

Ladies need to find what fits their style and personality as well as something that is going to make them look and feel fabulous and look ready for the job. The girl, not the gown, wins it and the same holds true for interview.
