|Subject: Mrs. Oklahoma has incredible sponsors!! When I won in 2008, my only big expense at nationals was professional make-up -- and that was a personal choice. The pageant has sponsors that provide a competition gown, rehearsal clothing, headshots, personal training, hair cut and color and dozens more! Our nationals ad fee was $1000 and I was able to get that donated as well. Tracy does an amazing job at supporting her titleholders and ensuring that they have everything they need to be successful at nationals!|

In reply to: Mrs. America delegate '09 's message, "Between hair, make-up, attire (competition and daily rehearsal), tanning, shoes, fitness, etc., Mrs. America costs me over $11k this past year. This is what I personally spent and does not include "perks" from my sponsors. The event is fun and definitely a once in a lifetime opportunity, but it is extremely costly. I am not the only contestant that spent this kind of money either." on 14:22:07 03/29/10 Mon
