some people buy patterns....there are a couple designers who sell them. mypageantkid.com and christy merchant are 2 that i can think of. but, actually you can use any pattern that would have princess seams like a ballerina tutu pattern. then you would just alter the pattern to make off the shoulders, one sleeve, etc. you are going to want to make both the lining and the outside layer of superstretch, so basically cut 2 patterns out. then you are going to sew boning in the front sides and back at each seam on one of the patterns. sew them right sides together and flip just like you would line anything else. decorate and stone :+) hope this helps
