Author: Everyone has there own way of doing it, so I suggest practicing and see what works best for you.
Subject: If you cut the fabric on a bias, it will curl tight with tension on the fabric. I have tried the roll and boil when I first started and found that process broke down the fishline and didn't give a consistant curl.
In reply to: excited! 's message, "Thank you! Im hoping my foot will come today. I have a TON of extra fabric to practice with before I use what I want to make my skirt with. My ODDs LLD skirt has 2 underruffles and two top layers. Her previous CF had 2 under and 2 top so I'ma start with that. Im so excited! Because of my first frustration, Ive been trying to BUY skirts. lol. But, now, I may finally be able to do them myself. One more question, though. Using MPKs pattern, how many Cs make 1 layer? Today, Im going to boil the fishing line for tighter curls. I wrapped it around a small paintbrush extension pole. lol" on 14:17:27 08/03/10 Tue
