Billy Viscuso, Horvin Latimer, and Devin Duggan are all 2009 recruits coming out of the lehigh valley. Viscuso coming from Emmaus is a well sized lineman t 6-2 275 and also is mentioned as a strong kid with him taking second place in power lifting. Latimer is an obvious stud being named all state and appearing in the Big 33 game and hopes to see some playing time this year at outside backer. The kid I see to be most impressive is Devin Duggan the transfer from Valley Forge Military College. He played for Becahi in 07 and was named Defensive player of the year for his confernce and 1st team all confernce safety this past year at valley forge.
