I would suggest a coaching change, and a fresh marketing strategy as a first step instead of eliminating the entire program. I'm not sure if you are a "fan", but if so, maybe it is time for you to move on instead. There is no doubt that the program needs to be improved, but there are other factors that have contributed to the way this season has gone, poor coaching decisions and A LOT of INJURIES are the top two reasons in my opinion!
