Its not like Bell is from the area or that Duquesne is in Pittsburgh. I'd like to see some coverage but I'm tired of complaining about it. I guess we need to enjoy the Dukes and hope some day that the local rags develop an awareness of a world that has more dimensions than Pitt. This, along with loosing Mackall is unfortunate but its the rag's loss for following the same tired team that never quite lives up to expectations. They struggle to beat teams in the FCS, the Duke's home. Looking at the recent RPI and Sagarin rankings, the Dukes are not far off of the level that Pitt schedules.
