I wasn't writing of anybody specifically in either basketball or football. It was a general observation on the programs stability.

Word is last year's UConn fullback Mark Hinkley is looking at D grad school for last year of eligibility; started all 12 games for them. That's all I got.

That will put some real depth of talent in the backfield with McCoy and others back. Nice problem of playing time to have- full stable!

UConn had 0 running plays for fullback last year, basically played 10-on-11 with major QB problems and opponents knew it, stacked the box and brought pressure. Easy to see why no bowl game for them last year but not running backs' fault. Hinkley was helluva blocking back, UConn highlights show TDs came on pass receptions.
