Hi Andrew,

I read your story "Neighbor's help". Good God! Someone else out there knows how to use the English language. There's some hope yet for the human race. Wouldn't our English teachers be horrified to learn what use we've put our education to? (And I'm not referring to my glaring use of a preposition to end the previous sentence!)

Having written a number of stories myself, I can appreciate the amount of work it took you to create that story. It's certainly a lot more work than creating a one-sentence "sound byte" accompanied by a link to a photo or a cartoon, which I've seen too much of lately.

It's nice to read someone else's story for a change, if only to reveal other people's different conceptions of corporal punishment and to clarify one's own. As one example, the choice of punishment instrument is important to me. In my stories (and in real life), I generally prefer a leather instrument such as a belt, a leather strap, a whip, or a flogger. Domestic implements, such as a hair brush or a wooden spoon, don't arouse me. Perhaps, it's because they were never used on me as a kid. But then again, my parents never used a cat-o-nine-tails on me either. It is more likely that the real reason is because I associate domestic implements with use by a woman. Being gay, I prefer to be punished by another man. I've made a relatively recent exception for a wooden paddle since it's most commonly associated with use by a male gym coach. And I generally don't fantasize about an OTK hand spanking although I'll admit that it can feel very erotic.

Andrew, the remainder of what I had planned to tell you in a private Email was intended for your eyes alone. It consists of some, hopefully helpful, suggestions if you plan on writing another spanking story.
