Even boys have that kind of concern.
I remember my mom and aunt seeing a stain on the inside seat of my jockey shorts as soon as I removed them for a spanking. My sister was sent to fetch a wet cloth and my behind was thoroughly washed and dried in front of them. I still got the same spanking. Then for a week or two mom would have me lower my shorts at seemingly random times during the day to make sure I was wiping properly.
If they were not spotless I had to remove them, rinse the seat off in the laundry room and then go upstairs to get clean shorts.
My sister teased me unmercifully for some time afterward.
