 Six months ago, though I can't say that the thought never crossed my mind, I would have thought it absurd to pull a young, not related girl over my knees. I know that in my adult years seeing the behavior of some of the young adults I've imagine, not in a sexual way and not like a fantasy, turning them over my knees to teach them a lesson. Even when I was a young adult myself and not so far past parental spanking myself thinking many of my peers or those just a bit younger than my more mature self could benefit from a good whoopin'.
During my college years I still had the fear of my parents disapproval and the possibility that I was not too old for a spanking myself. I don't know if that is what kept me out of mischief or I was just wired more mature, so although I was not without sin, I pretty much kept my nose to the grind stone. However I remember the temptations and being a young woman to my own devices. The tinges of fear and uncertainty and thinking how comforting it would be to have someone looking out for me and protecting me.
It may never have occurred to me until recently that many of the young ladies we've entertained over the past few years have hinted at that same need. I recall last Spring having a senior girl over for dinner. She commented on how well behaved the girls were. I made some comment about the back of the hairbrush or something that caused the girls to melt in their seats and the college girl blush. She added that in her first three years she could have used a bit of that, or something to that effect.
As I mentioned before these girls who we have helped out in various ways the past few years have made red faced confessions and as I think back there were certain hints that never really sunk in until recently. Even a disapproving look and short reprimand seems to give them some satisfaction. One girl this summer I recall, almost cheerfully commenting "You're never too old for a spanking." At the time that comment just flew over my head, but in thinking about it I have to wonder if she was actually hinting at it.
The reason I had found this forum in the first place was not having any interest in spanking. Long story short, this summer my younger girl made a confession and asked for a spanking. I posted my confusion on several boards and found this one to be most interesting and helpful.
