From the spankers point of view, and I only have experience giving punishment spankings I don't know if warm fuzzies is the right term. I don't enjoy giving my girls a spanking, in fact I feel like the most horrible monster in the world, but they are effective and regretibly necessary.
When I hold her in my arms afterwards there seems to be a mutual forgiveness and deep mother daughter love. The warm fuzzies, if you can call them that, are the days following with the clinging, loving, rejuvinated girl.
