 I would say that I can't remember anything other than my crying and pleading not to be spanked, not to have my panties pulled down, being lectured, helped over the knee and the sounds of the hairbrush punctuated by my own crying and promises to be good.
As for giving a spanking, I find myself focused on the spanking and not thinking about sounds coming through the window or going on in the house.
This is a good question, very thought provoking
