 All of these things do happen and I may have overstated myself in the way things were said. Yes there are times when things happen and cause the "real brain twister" and make for a scene that is very confusing. Let me put it this way, there have been phone calls made to verify stories and to find the truth if there are questions I generally follow up on my questions. Yes there are times when the confusion of the story is too much and there is no punishment only an admonishment about telling the truth. I also ask the question of the kids "are you telling the truth". As I've said before a parent knows what their kids are saying no matter right or wrong.
As is always the case I like to know about the whole situation before a spanking happens.
