 I still try to hold my boys in my lap but they are all much bigger than I, even my 12 year old. Good for you to still hold them! It goes by so fast.

You're comment regarding the fact that even if she is 2 feet taller she's still your baby brings up another question. If that's true then when does the decision to stop spanking because your dd is 'too old" or "too big" to be spanked come into play? Is it more of a feeling you get based on how she is behaving or conducting herself?
