I think were prewired, gay or not, spanko or not, whatever or not. With the "normal" world all around us, we don't realize that are wiring is not the same as others.

Till some event brings our enter thoughts, out of it's dormancy.

Much like a young boy or girl suddenly finds attraction, for the other sex. Same as one suddenly knows they are gay.

Either of these can happen or not, regardless of what is considered "normal" around them.
