I think that mostly they are involved in a constant conflict, both with themselves (the "good" and the "naughty" side of the girl) and with their moms. Sometimes the conflict gets so hard to bear that a spanking seems to be a good way to resolve it. But I would be surprised if many girls of that age actually sought to get spanked, just for the fun of it. (Not speaking about adult ladies here...)
