I understand your fear of Kailey becoming too controlling, but she made her intentions quite clear and did give her a choice. My hunch is that little Miss Maddie is going to choose choice B and be very content with it. I've been keeping up with this from the beginning and it sounds that Kailey is giving this naughty miss exactly what she has always longed for. It doesn't sound like she controls who she chooses to be friends with or the type of underwear she wears. From what I've read here, Kailey is just assisting her with making responsible life choices while allowing her freedom for her rather odd habits. Apparently, although her odor, for one instance, may be offensive to Kailey and the others, she only insists that she goes to work clean. I think that is reasonable.
Of course I'm not there so I don't know exactly what goes on there, but from what she has discussed here it sounds as though Kailey has given her the love, structure and discipline that she has always craved. She has also introduced her to her loving family and has been accepted into the unit. The girl is living the dream life, at least in her dreams.
It seems to me that if anyone in this relationship has been confined it's Kailey. Quite a burden has been put on her shoulders. I imagine the other two room mates have a level of responsibility and structure that Maddie didn't have to this point. It sounds like if they don't carry their weight they would be given no leniency and would be shown the door, whereas little miss Maddie is the spoiled little sister who is as coddled and babied as she is spanked.
