First I can assure you that there is no shortage of red bottoms this Summer.

I am no prude either, but I agree with you about the short shorts and girls showing off their butt cheeks. And it's not just the high school and adult girls. Especially with the younger ones I would think that the parents would have a little better discretion. My girls had better not be caught in such revealing clothes. Not so much about the shame of the human body, I just don't think it's appropriate for public. Even at the pool some of girls bikinis are little more than dental floss.
Yes, she would definitely get a spanking. Mouth soaping, possibly if her language was filthy, but little girl, get off the enema subject.
