 It was very effective and I think I payed for my misbehaviors.

I made my own suppositories by melting bars of glyceran soap and ground ginger, poured into the fingers of rubber gloves and let cool and harden.
Last night I put 3 of them slowly and deeply up my butt. They burned like you wouldn't believe and I had gurglings and the desperate urge to go almost immediately. I then put a fresh ginger finger butt plug in my butt and spanked my butt, hips and legs mostly with the bristles of a hairbrush with lots of alcohol. Then I gave myself 20 strokes with a dowel I picked up at a hardware store.
I made myself stand in the corner 20 minutes before I let myself go. I then gave myself a soapy enema with lemon juice added and a clear one after. I promised myself I would repeat this if I was naughty again.
