 I'm sorry about taking so long to reply. I've been busty and I've been replying to other place also. I really appreciate all of your thoughts and views on my question. I understand that maybe it was a little vogue and I will try to answer your questions so you have more info.
Will she open up to me? Me and my sister have a really good relationship, I think it's better than most siblings. I think she admires me but I think she gets mad cause she kind of lives in my shadow. She can be secretive and she always was, but in a lot of things she's very open. She trust me pretty much.
My mom does spank her, she is pretty strict but she is cool and very much involved. She and my mom have a pretty good relationship but my sister can be stubborn. A lot of times I'm glad when she gets spanked because she deserves it, but I also feel bad for her. She is my baby sister.
She does play with kids her own age and she is involved with people who are older too. We are in a lot of organizations with a lot of ages and she sometimes bugs my friends, but their usually pretty nice to her. She has always been open, but kind of secretive. She's always been kind of mysterious. I think she has always been more mature than kids her age and she would be the first person to tell you. She can be pretty precosious.
I don't think her schoolwork has changed. She was always a good student. She's in middle school now and it's pretty much harder and of course they don't have recess or anything. But anyway in grade school she a lot of times stayed in to help the teacher or work on a project.

I don't mind that I was told off for snooping. The reason I did, not like it's the first time anyway, but I wondered what was in those notebooks and why they were such a big secret among other things. I keep my room very clean, but hers is always a mess and it stinks in there. Actually I was looking for something she had of mine. I guess you are right about telling our mom or someone else would break our trust and might make a mountain out of a mole hill.

I guess all of you are right that it's really nothing to worry about. She has always had a creative sid really admires people who are smart and creative.
