 I have always been impressed with your sense of fairness and loving style. So, I am very happy for you that your older ones have grown up and not earned any spankings. Hopefully it will be a new world order for them and a permanent state.

I hesitate to use the word graduation since I know some of the you-are-never-too-old advocates may get on your case. I would agree that anyone who wants one is never too old and, indeed, can learn from a good conversation between their bare bottom and the wooden hairbrush. I like your distinction between spanking with the intended authority to make sure the lesson is learned and just spanking hard. The latter always sounds a bit mean.
