Nothing specific is said about paddling or physical punishment. "Mistress Livia may punish michele (my femme name) at her whim" is the phrase I used. The legalese is intended to protect her ownership of reports made under the contract so she can use then for publicity if she wishes.

The main point of the contract is to encourage me to write my erotic fiction more regularly. For that, it is a fantastic success. I've exceeded the minimum requirements every day. I even made the minimum longer.
