 She is definitely going to have a very sore bottom, but I need some advice on how to do it, how many swats, what to use and position.
My daughter is now 21. A little history. She left home at 17, living with so called friends, living here and there, getting into all sorts of bad things and getting into trouble that fortunately didn't land her in jail. I tried to stop her, I tried to help her. I swear I am a good mom. I have two younger girls 9 and 12 and have only had the usual troubles with them, nothing major, but my oldest was just out of control.
Just after Christmas my oldest showed up at the door and asked if she could live with us again and promissed to get her life back together. I helped her get a job through connections and enrolled her in community college and did everything I could to help her. In the past 8 months we had some arguments and she she did some naughty things, but on the whole she's been pretty good. It appeared that she was really trying to get her life back together.
However, I recently found out that one class she completely blew off and the other 3 she rarely showed up, didn't turn in assignments and ended up with a W, 2 F's and a D.
Not only that but I found out that she had lost the job I got her over a month ago because she was an apparent discipline problem, didn't show up for work half the time and they gave her every chance in the world but had no alternative than to let her go.
She's been hanging out with the old crowd, smoking pot, drinking and God knows what. She will sometimes not come home for days, has started arguing with her sisters and I have had it. I feel as if the wool has been pulled over my eyes. I want this to work. She is my daughter and I love her with everything I've got, but she will have to be punished. I am not going to boot her out on the street. She has a second chance and I'm going to do everything I can to make it work.
I haven't spanked her since she was 12 or 13 and I never intended to spank her now, but I am determined to give her a butt blistering she will never forget.
What suggestions do you all have?
