Subject: I wouldn't call it a Spanish accent. She has more of a Miami accent. I'd say most of the people who grew up in Miami (the mainland- not Miami Beach) have the Miami accent. It's unique to this region. Even some non-Latin Miamians I've met have it.

It's the same as a girl from Alabama showing up with way too thick of an accent. I think she can easily mask it and it might help her since she's so smart and to me, she's very pretty!
