Subject: Nationally, who has been the most successful interview coach in your opinion? This would be the individual with great State and national win results.

[> Subject: I dont think the answer to your question would be anyone's opinion... Rather cumulative results of wins. Truthfully, I have no idea. But I would guess nationally Jorge (PageantSmart) is probably up there. And depending on what region of the country is in question, there are probably several with proven success records.

[> [> Subject: The late Don Baker was successful because he was trained and educated in speech and communications. Simply being enthusiastic about pageantry is not eh same thinbg as knowing how to coach.

[> [> Subject: Absolutely. Also, doing well yourself does not mean you can coach others well. This is classic with great sports players. Just because they are great players does not give them the gift of teaching. I find a lot of girls are opening up their own pageant companies and that's great. But having formal training in speech and communications really is priceless.

Hey hey! You can read how exactly how the nominations were created by going to the link below.

During our 3 month nomination campaign we allowed the community to vote / nominate on why they thought was the best of the best :)

In an effort to make sure that everyone in pageantry had the opportunity to see it I spent my own money advertising it on social media, pinned the announcement to the top of every social media channel we had, and emailed our entire mailing list several times.

Read the details here: https://thepageantplanet.com/nominations-for-best-in-pageantry-2016/

Thanks again for checking out the site and if you don't like the list nominate who you think is deserving this October.

Best,

Steven Roddy
