Subject: I just wanted to say I dont know if anyone is familiar with Raquel Pelissier, former Miss Haiti and 1RU to MU 2016, but I just saw a recent video of her and she LOOKS ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!! If she had looked like that back when she competed, I would have never questioned her going as far as she did. Part of me even thinks she could have won if it were now!! Just putting this out there in the midst of the contestants arriving for MU 2019 now!!!!

[> Subject: I always thought she had a beautiful face. Her hair was the only issue I had at MU 2016. It was dry and the ponytail in EG didn't do much for her. But to this day one of my favorite pageant moments is the Filipino crowd chanting "Haiti! Haiti!" after she answered her final question. How many non-sash factor countries ever get that kind of reaction from an audience?

[> Subject: I just a saw a video of her Miss Universe predictions and, yes, she looks great. I like her much better with this styling than when she was 1st runner up a couple years ago. I have to admit, I didn't see why she went so far, especially with that strange hairline. But I agree that she looks great now.
