Subject: lol. not sure what to think of Mindy Duncan's win, but I hate to say it but she did look like the Prince Harry wearing a teased wig. But in fairness, she was very perky and teenish which could've help her. I really think the judges were totally split that year between New York, Lousiana, and Illinois thus helping Mindy propel to the top. I always thought had California not been disqualified that year, she would've been up there too and had read that Alison Moreno was considered a crown contender
