My wife and I spank my 17 yr old daughter, Helena, when she needs it. When I say we, I do the spanking with a hickory paddle I made for Helena when she was about 9 or 10 but my wife is always present, we believe in presenting a consistent front at all times when it comes to our daughter's behavior. Helena is spanked in her room on her bare bottom first by hand to properly warm her rear for a paddling and then with the paddle about 10-20 swats. He bottom should be on fire and her attitude adjusted and this is what a good paddling accomplishes. We'll continue to spank her bottom until she no longer needs it. Part of loving and caring for her is providing the discipline she needs. Sometimes she is paddled once or twice a week and sometimes it's once or twice a month. If we are in public and she needs this type of correction, she is escorted our to our truck and bent over the back seat, I remove my belt and swat her covered bottom pretty well until we can get home where she is issued a normal panties down spanking. Helena is a good girl overall and sometimes she is one with a very sore behind.
