Lots of things can cause your boy's erections. Guilt and shame and embarrassment could, and its often normal for boys to do so from the lightest of contact. Is not clear how you spank but having him nude or semi-nude could be enough and that likely has nothing to do with stimulation. Similarly, otk spankings could be enough to cause arousal from simple contact.
