Who do you spank? Who might be there to see?

I spank my two girls, 11 and 13 and my husband spanks his son (my stepson) 12.
We generally spank at bed time and everyone is required to be in the living room. The one(s) being spanked take off their pj pants and are spanked bare bottom (hand or brush etc depending).
It's extra embarrassment for the one being spanked and fair warning to his or her siblings.
