Rue des Deux Eglises is a popular house among EU stagiaires. The house is located at 5 minutes walking distance from the European Commission, the European Parliament, the Council of Ministers and other EU institutions. There are 4 IKEA furnished rooms of which 2 are available as per 1 June 2009. The rooms come with bed linen, pillows, duvets, towels, etc. Common facilities include a new bathroom, a new shower, a common living room (with music and TV), kitchen and washing room. There is free wireless internet. The monthly rent is 412,50 - 442,50 EUR per month depending on the choice of room. The price includes gas, electra, water, weeklyh cleaning of the common parts and third party liability insurance.
