Subject: Need help!

Hi,

I have a very old Provincial Ware plate, ivory with a three raised floral patterns (the same) around the edge of the plate with three painted floral patterns alternating between the raised pattern. The plate is set in a metal ring that has a floral pattern in it with holes. The back just says Provincial Ware. Can anyone help me find any info. on this plate? Thank you so much.
