Hi Carla,
First of all, good for you for giving your child understanding and support. If your child has already been living fulltime as a girl for two years, it would be somewhat unusual for a real change of mind to happen at that point, rather than earlier on. And it sounds like you and your family have taken some major steps (e.g. relocation and giving him/her a new start as a stealth girl) that would be difficult to change again. My suggestion would be to give it some time (still keeping with the present situation, stealth girl and all); that may show that it was just a glitch in the transition, rather than a real and permanent change of mind. However, if the wish to return to boyhood persists consistently for a reasonable period of time (e.g. a few months or more), then it might be advisable to rethink the transition and begin to take steps for a return to boyhood (if that is what your child truly wants.) I assume that your child has not been on HRT yet, that would cause some irreversible changes after a while. If there has been no medication, or blockers only, then there are not yet any permanent physical effects and the treatment is completely reversible.
Please keep us posted on how things go from here.
